Designed to work seamlessly with all TapeTech finishing handles, including the 8000TT-PA Wizard® handle, the Power Assist® MAXXBOX® maintains a usable joint compound capacity within a 10% range. This means less downtime and fatigue, allowing you to keep working at your best. The Power Assist® series also boasts TapeTech’s renowned EasyClean® design, making cleanup a breeze.
The user can easily adjust the amount of joint compound for drywall joint by using the adjustable crown setting dial. This feature is especially useful for applying multiple finishing coats, as the pivoting axle compensates for variations in drywall height on either side of the joint. The new EasyRoll® wheel system is compatible with all types of outside corner bead, including metal, paper-faced, vinyl, and bullnose, and enables two times faster finishing compared to manual methods. The system's shoulder provides a guide for the finishing box, eliminating the need for additional attachments and preventing damage to the axle. The shoulders of the EasyRoll® wheels are significantly wider than aftermarket products, making it easier to keep the finishing box aligned with the corner bead. These wheels are expertly engineered to align perfectly with the finishing blade, eliminating the need to tilt the box as with other aftermarket wheel systems.
